- Please ensure you read and sign the Terms of Participation document prior to the session, and return to Matt or Emily Sutton prior to, or upon arrival at, your session.
- Please arrive at the session no more than five minutes before your session time.
- Please observe the 2 metre social distancing at all times with other families.
- Please sign in with the designated DCF FC officer upon arrival.
- Prior to the class starting, we ask all children and parents to sanitise their hands using the hand gel provided. This will be on the sanitising table.
- The class games will be designed to avoid any sharing of equipment.
- All equipment & surfaces such as cones etc will be sanitised prior to, and following, each session.
- Please DO NOT attend the class if anyone in your household has shown or is showing any Covid-19 related symptoms up to 7 days before to the class.
- At any point during the session if a child, or the adult accompanying them, appears unwell, we would ask that they leave the session immediately.
- You are required to contact our office if anyone attending the class develops Covid-19 related symptoms within 7 days of attending our classes. The information will be treated with the utmost confidence and we will comply with all GDPR requirements. We would also ask that you comply with the Government’s Track and Trace system.
- In the unlikely event of your child needing first aid during the class we will only be able to provide instruction and our first aid kit. Should it be of a more serious nature we will of course contact the emergency services for assistance.
- Please leave promptly at the end of the class. If you have any questions that the coach was unable to answer at the end of the class, please contact Matt by telephone or email.
- Our session will be delivered in our usual fun way. However, we will not be able to give out stickers or carry out any sharing activity or high-five celebrations.
- Weather is of course out of our control. We will play rain or shine and ask that all parents kindly dress their child accordingly allowing for sun protection where needed. In the vent of extreme weather then sessions may have to be cancelled at the last minute. If this is the case, then we will publish this on our Facebook page in the morning of the class to let you know.
- Please note there will be toilet facilities available within the Hamworthy Club main building.
- Please ensure you bring a drink for your child. The child will be sent out of the activity station for a couple of water breaks during the session. This will be controlled by our coach to avoid any issue with social distancing.
