Jacob desperately needed an SDR operation to remove the spasticity in his legs to prevent him from
becoming a full-time wheelchair user. With the help of our fantastic community we were able to
fund this vital operation for Jacob, as well as ongoing physiotherapy for him. He is improving so
much, astounding everyone even his doctors. He recently attended his 1 year check at Bristol Hospital
and his surgeons are really pleased with his progress.

We attended his parents wedding vows renewal and Jacob walked his mum down the aisle with help from big brother Charlie.
