Sam has Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy, Agenesis Corpus Collosum, Arachnoid Cysts and Epilepsy. He is totally reliant on assistance for all aspects of everyday life and is wheelchair dependent. However, these are only clinical words to describe his condition they are not who Sam is. Sam has a personality big enough to fill a room, wakes up everyday with a smile on his face and is simply a joy to be near.We have purchased the sleep system Sam needed to align his limbs and to prevent the risk of deformities and a new custom built power chair as the one he has no longer fits his needs, and an Ipad and computer to aid his communication and a Walker to support his body and enable him to move about independently at home. Sam also needed a new custom built wheelchair as the one he had no longer met his needs. Sam's family tirelessly fundraised, arranging a multitude of events including a ball.
