Zacari has quadriplegic cerebral palsy He also has fluctuating muscle tone which is known as dystonic.
Zakari has limited communication but his social side is his greatest strength. He is very cheeky with a contagious smile. This lovely boy desperately needed a new wheelchair which was adapted to his specific needs and we were more than happy to contribute £1746.73 which was the balance not paid for by Wheelchair Services.
