Alfie and his family have just returned from an amazing visit to Disney Land Paris. Alfie is 10 and sadly is rejecting his transplanted kidney and this cannot be stopped.

All his family want to do now is make special memories. Amber, his mum, said ‘ thank you so much for making this happen and sooooo fast. Alfie giggled and had a beaming smile the whole way through . He did every ride probably 5 times. Went to parades and fireworks. He loved the music. It’s a world built for someone like Alfie. We all were so unbelievable happy too. Thanks to Alfie’s family, friends and The DCF for making our dream come true’
