The DCF’s infamous mascot Dorsey Bear is challenging professional cruiserweight Chris ‘The Gentleman’ Bilham-Smith to a charity boxing match.

Dorsey said: ‘For 1 blissful year I was the tallest, smiliest, biggest, yellowiest, cuddliest character in The Dorset Children’s Foundation. So imagine my chagrin when The DCF announced that some interloper calling himself Chris “The Gentleman” Billam-Smith was their new ambassador. He might be the mandatory challenger for the Cruiserweight Commonwealth title and he might be handsome and he might be very popular, and probably really really good at boxing, but he’s stepping on my turf.

So I did what any self-respecting bear would do – I called him out. We need to decide once and for all who is the top ambassador. We’re going to settle this bear to man. Bear vs Billam. While £1,000 is all I need to convince me to give The “Gentleman” a proper workout, I’m setting my sights much higher than that. After all, I’m a famous sports bear seen by millions worldwide. I’m a big draw.
