Trio drive to all 20 Premier League clubs to raise money
A FOOTBALL coach from Bournemouth, along with his colleague and fiancé, drove to every Premier League ground in 24 hours to raise money to pay for stem cell treatment for five-year-old Julia, who was diagnosed with Rett syndrome – a rare genetic disorder that affects brain development and causes severe physical and mental disability from early childhood.
Pawel Wiwer and Szymon Betka, coaches at the Boruc & JAM Football Academy in Bournemouth, and Pawel’s fiancé Aleksandra Ostrowska, drove nearly 1400 miles in a Honda Civic to all 20 Premier League stadiums.
