The trustees of Bournefree are delighted to announce a new partnership between the charity and Dorset Children’s Foundation (DCF)

Bournefree stages the Pride festival every year in the Triangle and Lower Gardens with a parade through the town as well. The event runs from Friday night on the 12th July to Saturday night.

This year,for the first time, Bournefree has secured sponsorship from Aegeas.

The event starts with a free family fun night in the Triangle, which we are calling the Aegeas Family Night. 

This event, which is child focused, is being run in partnership with DCF, and their volunteers.

The evening includes a film screening (Inside Out at 5.15pm) music and various free stalls including candy floss and popcorn, face painters and a photo booth…

Local celebrities such as Cherry Bear from AFCB and Dorsey from DCF will also be on hand…..as well as Fire FM running the disco.

Louise Clarke, the  Chair of Bournefree said “We are really pleased to work with a local Dorset charity, especially one that works to improve outcomes for poorly children, this is going to be great free event, and we would love to see local families popping in….any proceeds from this evening are being donated to DCF.
