We are very lucky to have been offered yoga with Jess who is experienced in disability yoga and who work with many of the local specialist schools.
Group 1 (PMLD wheelchair, will be hoisted onto mats, max 6) – arrival between 9:15-9:30 for a 9:45 start. Session to finish at 10:30.
Group 2 (more active, max 8) – arrival between 11-11:15 for an 11:15 start. Session to finish at 12:00.

Please can parents/carers be aware that as these are group sessions and the teacher
will need their support. This will mean getting involved.
